I like to cook, but, just when i have time to do it. For this, I usually listen music to entertaining me, and I simply improvise with the ingredients that I have in the kitchen.
Usually to "peck", I prepare homemade mayonnaise with garlic to eat it with pieces of bread with oregano or sticks of carrot and paprika. I also like to eat crackers with homemade mayo and add choritos or shrimp. At other times I like to prepare roasted mushrooms, stuffed with cheese and garlic.
Some basic dishes that I usually prepare are: Salad of quinoa or noodles, which carry chopped onion, tomato, paprika, garlic, chopped hard boiled egg, cilantro, sometimes carrot, salt, lemon and oil.
I also like to prepare gratinated potatoes with salmon, and pesto sauce. If i have not salmon, i use chicken with mustard. Finally, my favorite part is dessert! Although my stomach is satisfied, there is always a place for desserts because they are delicious!. I like to eat roasted milk, it is delicious and it is very easy to prepare, only sugar, milk and eggs are needed. I also love the hotcakes stuffed with nutella and ice cream balls.
